This intake phase is followed by spatial analysis—measuring circulation, daylight penetrations, and functional adjacencies—and a tailored concept that maps key decisions: furniture footprinting, lighting layers, storage strategy and mood palette. Visual concepts are translated into procurement-ready schedules and technical drawings so builders and suppliers operate from a clear, coordinated brief. We manage procurement and coordinate deliveries to ensure a seamless sequence of installation events, and conclude each project with a final styling session that ties together textural contrasts, framed art, and functional accessories to create a cohesive lived-in look.
Beyond aesthetics, we prioritize material performance and healthy interior environments. This includes advising on durable upholstery choices, cleanable finishes, appropriate lighting for circadian comfort, and low-emission materials. For projects requiring remote oversight, we provide high-resolution visuals, procurement packs, and installation notes; for in-person commissions we maintain hands-on coordination throughout construction and fit-out.
